The team at Harris McLeish are professional creatives with over twenty years of experience across a wide range of disciplines and media, including the creative industries, the corporate sector and education.
Fiona and Mike have both worked extensively in television and theatre as performers and writers, are published authors, professional speakers and M.C.’s.
Most recently, Fiona and Mike have adapted the Dolly Parton musical, Here you Come Again, co-created and written by two-time Emmy Award-winning Bruce Vilanch, Gabriel Barre and Tricia Paoluccio, for Australian audiences for Tinderbox Productions. It opens at the Comedy Theatre in 2025.
Fiona has six new children's books - two middle grade fiction novels, three junior fiction series books and one collection of short stories for younger readers, coming out over the next twelve months. They both have a number of projects in development with Andrew Kay & Associates, as well as other independent producers and production companies.

Over the past 20 years, Fiona and Mike have carved out impressive and unique careers in the arts, both as individuals and as a creative duo. From Fiona’s extensive work in prime-time TV, including sketch comedy shows like Flipside, Skithouse and Comedy Inc., and marquee television dramas like The Beautiful Lie, Tangle and Offspring; to Mike’s work in mainstage musicals including Keating! The Musical, Shane Warne the Musical, Georgy Girl: The Seekers Musical and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, and his television work in shows such as Utopia, Mustangs, Wentworth and The Time of Our Lives.
From Fiona’s work as an author - she has written 39 books to date over the past ten years - to Mike’s roles as artistic director of the Melbourne Cabaret Festival, head scriptwriter and director of Australia’s annual live performance awards ceremony, The Helpmann Awards, and more recently as Director of Creative Development at Michael Cassel Group. In 2019, Mike and Fiona released the 2nd series of their internationally award-winning comedy web series, The Drop Off. Channel 9 screened a telemovie version of the show in 2021. The series has been adapted into two adult fiction novels with Echo Publishing.
